Get started by downloading Perk-N-Pooch app. Via the app, you will be able book your first appointment, follow the progress of your pup’s spa day, and access a complete history of the services we provided. We look forward to seeing you and your fur kids soon!

If you prefer not to use the app, you can book with us via our booking site. Please note you won’t be able to follow your pup’s progress in real time or make any changes to your appointments. You will need to call the shop with any changes to your scheduled appointment.
To book your first appointment, please do the following:

  1.  Click on the links below to fill out the following forms required for your first appointment. Please note, submitting these forms does not guarantee a reservation.

    – Liability Waiver

    – Grooming Waiver

    – Senior Pet Waiver

  2. Please submit your pet’s vaccination records by emailing us at appt@perk-n-pooch.com. We do require pets to be up-to-date on rabies and bordetella.

  3.  Click HERE to schedule an appointment on our booking web.
